These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Rest & Relaxation Moving/Delivery LLC.
1. Service Agreement
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Booking & Payments
All services must be booked in advance. Payments are due prior to or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, and cash.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

Ensuring clear access to the property

Packing all items securely (unless packing service is provided)

Informing us of heavy or fragile items in advance
5. Liability
We are not liable for:

Pre-existing damage to items

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.)

Items packed by the client that are not properly secured
6. Damage Claims
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the move. Valid claims will be handled through our insurance policy or direct reimbursement as deemed appropriate.
7. Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe conditions, disrespectful behavior, or unethical requests.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
